We've received a very positive responce to our "blog-style" Open Mic Reminder email so we're going to continue this format. Thanks to all for the kind words!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY 'FIRST SATURDAYS' OPEN MIC!
We're one year old now! And to think, it all started one day when I said,
"Hey John, Brian, what's your quietest night?" "Saturday, really? I have this idea..."
Now here we are, a year later, and the Brothers K First Saturdays Open Mics are THE Open Mics of Evanston! Pat yourself on the back, performers and audience, because you're what has made them great!
T-SHIRTS ARE SELLING OUT FAST!
The smalls went first, then the mediums, now we're getting low on large! Don't wait too long or your size might no longer be available. Thanks for all your support. It's been great seeing them on people around the neighborhood! Just a dozen more sales and the new PA will be paid for. THE NEXT 'FIRST SATURDAYS' OPEN MIC:
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 1st, FROM 6-8PM (with SIGN-UP BEGINNING AT 5:30) held, as always, at Evanston's favorite Coffee House, BROTHERS K, located at 500 Main Street, just 1 block from the Metra and El stations. It's our 1-Year anniversary so let's make this the BEST First Saturdays Open Mic yet!
